Terms of service · v1.0 · Effective May 2026

The agreementwe have with each other.

These terms govern your use of Eunosa — the research tool, the case-intelligence workspace, and everything published at eunosa.com. Plain language, real commitments, no fine-print traps. Reading time: about ten minutes.

Section 01 · What Eunosa is

A research tool, not a custodian of judgment.

Eunosa is built for workplace consultants who carry the professional responsibility for what they deliver. The service helps you find evidence and structure your analysis — it does not make decisions for you, and it does not replace the professional judgment your role requires.

What the service is.

  • A research tool that retrieves cited answers from a curated corpus of peer-reviewed studies
  • A case-intelligence workspace that maps consultant-supplied case context against a deterministic risk model
  • A drafting environment for memos, summaries, and briefs that consultants edit and own

What the service is not.

  • A medical, clinical, or diagnostic tool
  • A basis for employment decisions (termination, hiring, discipline)
  • A surveillance tool for individual workers
  • A replacement for professional judgment, legal counsel, or qualified advice
  • A custodian of regulated health information under PHIPA — see /privacy for data handling

The same framing applies in the methodology document, the privacy policy, and every output the product generates. It is not a marketing position — it is the operative scope of the service.

Section 02 · Your account

One named seat, your responsibility.

Accounts are individual and named. The four rules below cover eligibility, accuracy, sharing, and what to do if something goes wrong with your credentials.

  • Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to bind yourself or your organization to these terms, and use Eunosa for professional purposes within the scope of your role as a workplace consultant, employer representative, insurer, or related professional.

  • Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

  • One person per account

Each account is for use by one named individual. Sharing credentials is not permitted. Practice and Enterprise tiers permit multiple seats — each seat is its own named account.

  • Notification of unauthorized use

Notify us at hello@eunosa.com immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Section 03 · Acceptable use

Use it for the work it was built for.

Eunosa is built for evidence-grounded workplace consulting. The rules below are the operative shape of that — what is in scope, what is out of scope, and what would put your account at risk of suspension.

What you can do.

  • Submit functional case context (job demands, supervisor capability, RTW process milestones, accommodation history)
  • Use Eunosa output as decision support, edit it, and apply your own professional judgment before delivering it
  • Share Eunosa-generated deliverables with your clients, employers, insurers, or tribunals as part of your professional work
  • Cite the studies returned by Eunosa in your own deliverables, attributed to the original authors
  • Provide feedback that helps improve retrieval quality and the methodology

What you cannot do.

  • Submit identifying personal information (full names, dates of birth, SINs, employer-identifying detail) — describe cases in functional terms only
  • Use Eunosa output as the sole basis for an employment decision, clinical diagnosis, or any decision that requires a qualified professional in the loop
  • Reproduce, republish, or commercialize the methodology, the curated corpus, the rule engine, or any underlying IP
  • Use Eunosa to circumvent regulatory obligations under PHIPA, PIPEDA, OHRC, AODA, or any other Canadian or applicable jurisdiction
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the corpus, evidence library, factor definitions, or rule logic
  • Share account access with people outside your named seat
  • Submit content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates applicable law

Submissions that include identifying personal information of third parties (workers, claimants, clients) are scrubbed at ingest where possible — but you remain responsible for not submitting them in the first place. See the privacy policy for the technical controls.

Section 04 · Who owns what

Your work stays yours.

The IP split is straightforward. You own everything you submit and everything you produce. We own the platform, the methodology, and the curated corpus.

You retain

  • Ownership of all case content you submit (case notes, documents, queries, feedback)
  • Ownership of all deliverables you generate (memos, summaries, briefs, reports)
  • The right to use your generated deliverables in your professional practice without restriction

We retain

  • Ownership of the Eunosa platform, including the curated 697-study research corpus
  • Ownership of the RTW Complexity Risk Model — five domains, twenty factors, thirty rules, thirty compliance elements, forty data fields, twenty interventions
  • Ownership of the Score Update Rulebook, the Data Dictionary, and all related methodology documentation
  • Ownership of the Eunosa name, logo, brand, and visual identity
  • A non-exclusive licence to your content for the limited purpose of operating the service for you (storing, retrieving, returning answers to you) — never for training, marketing, or any purpose outside delivering the service

We use anonymized usage signals (which queries return useful results, which factor combinations are common, what kinds of rules fire) to improve the methodology. Your case content itself is never used to train external models, and is never reviewed outside of incident investigation.

Section 05 · Subscriptions & billing

Canadian dollars, cancel anytime.

Pricing is in CAD. Billing is monthly or annual. The free tier, Founding 25, paid plans, refunds, taxes, and price changes all work the way you would expect.

  • Free tier

During the launch phase, Eunosa /ask offers a free tier (currently three cited research questions per day, no signup required). This tier may change or end with reasonable notice.

  • Paid plans

Paid subscriptions (Founding 25, Solo, and future tiers) are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) on a monthly or annual cadence as selected at signup. All charges are processed by Stripe.

  • Founding 25 cohort

The Founding 25 cohort offers a 12-month price lock at CAD $99 per month, capped at 25 paying members. The price lock applies as long as your account is active and in good standing. After the 12-month lock, your subscription renews at the then-current Solo tier price unless you cancel.

  • Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Monthly subscriptions remain active through the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days, but can be set to non-renewing at any time.

  • Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund window on all paid plans, no questions asked, for new subscribers. Beyond 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and typically issued for service incidents or extended downtime.

  • Price changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance email notice. Active price-locked Founding 25 members are unaffected during their 12-month lock.

  • Tax

Subscription prices exclude applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST, QST). We collect and remit Canadian sales tax where required.

Section 06 · Liability & disclaimers

Decision-support, scoped accordingly.

These are the load-bearing limitations. Read them carefully — they define how Eunosa fits into your professional practice and what you accept by using it.

  • Decision-support framing

Eunosa is decision support — it surfaces evidence and analysis to help you make better professional decisions. Every output is intended for review and editing by a qualified professional before being delivered to clients, employers, insurers, or any other party. We do not warrant that any specific output is correct, complete, or fit for a specific purpose; that judgment is yours.

  • Service-as-is

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties not expressly stated in these terms — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost business, or lost data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of (a) your violation of these terms, (b) your use of the service in a way that violates applicable law, or (c) third-party claims arising from content you submitted or deliverables you produced and distributed using the service.

  • No professional relationship

Use of the service does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and CultureIQ Labs Corp. or its founder. Eunosa is software; the people and organizations who use it remain solely responsible for the professional decisions they make.

Section 07 · Termination

Either of us can walk away.

You can leave at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or with notice for any reason.

  • You can leave anytime

You can close your account at any time from account settings. On closure, all your personal information is purged within 30 days per the privacy policy.

  • We can suspend or terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, especially the acceptable-use rules. We may also terminate accounts with 30 days notice for any reason, in which case we will pro-rate any unused subscription time and refund the difference.

  • What survives termination

The IP, liability, indemnification, and governing-law sections survive termination. Your obligation to pay any outstanding subscription fees survives termination.

Section 08 · Changes & governing law

Ontario law, thirty days notice.

Substantive changes to these terms are emailed to active customers with at least 30 days notice. Disputes are governed by Ontario law and resolved in Ontario courts.

Changes to these terms.

We may revise these terms over time. Substantive changes — anything that affects scope of service, pricing, IP, liability, or your responsibilities — are emailed to active customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario, sitting in the City of Toronto.
